摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测不同来源的民族药岩陀药材中岩白菜素的含量，为资源利用提供依据。方法ZorbaxsB—C18色谱柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇-水（含0．1％磷酸）17：83，流速：0．80ml／min，检测波长：275nm，柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素线性范围为3．05—10．98μg，相关系数r=0．9999，其平均回收率为101．17％（n=5），RSD为1．56％。结论在民间作为岩陀使用的植物根茎中都含有岩白菜素，但种间差异较大，且与产地和采收期有-定的关系。
Objective To analyze and compare the content of bergenin in 3 species of Rodgersia and to supply a basis for the re- sources exploitation. Methods The chromatographic assay of bergenin was performed on Zorbax SB - Clscolumn（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with a flow rate of 0.80 ml/min. The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-0. 1% H3PO4（ 17： 83） . The detection wavelength was at 275 nm,and the column temprature was maitained at 30℃ . Results The result indicated good linearity over the range of 3.05 - 10.98 μg with coefficients（r） of 0.999 9 . Conclusion This experimenal results show that those plants used for Yuantuo in folk medicine contain bergenin, but the difference is notable.
