摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP HPLC),以甲醇∶水=45∶55(V/V)为流动相,紫外275nm波长检测,用外标法测定了虎耳科植物提取产物中岩白菜素的含量。该方法简便、快捷、准确,结果重现性好。日内和日间精密度(RSD)在0.79%～4.22%之间,回收率为98.1%～103.1%。
The extraction of bergenin from saxifraceae was determinated by RP-HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were estabilshed as follows: C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), CH_(3)OH∶H_(2)O (45∶55,V/V) as mobile phase and UV detection at 275 nm. The correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of within-day and day-to-day was 0.79%～1.57% and 1.58% to 4.22%, respectirdy. The recovery was between 98.1% and 103.1%.
