摘要
在对转租活动大量调查和借助租金理论深入分析的基础上,指出:商铺转让费的经济学实质及其与租金之间的异同点;影响转让费大小的主要因素;确定了商铺转让费的计量模型。
Based on the basis of investigation and analysis with rent theory, this paper points out that： the essence, similarities and differences with the rent, main impact factors, and econometric model of shop transfer fee.
