摘要
我国普通高校开展高水平运动队建设20年以来,虽然取得了一定的成就,但是在建设中也出现各种各样的问题。本文通过文献资料法等研究方法对我国高校开展高水平运动队建立的背景,以及在发展管理体制过程中出现的问题进行总结,为我国高水平运动队的建设和进一步深化改革提供一些可参考借鉴的资料。
The construction of high - level sports teams in universities has developed for twenty years. In spite of some achievements, there are still a variety of issues in the process of construction. With the method of literature review, this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of the establishment background, the dispositions of sport events and the management system of the high - level sports teams in universities in order to provide reference for further construction and deepening reform of the high - level sports teams.
