摘要
本文在回顾了我国高校高水平运动队办学历程的基础上,提出我国高校高水平运动队的核心组成,分析了我国高校高水平运动队管理所存在的主要问题及其原因,提出了高校高水平运动队是高校校园文化建设重要的方面,对高校深入贯彻素质教育起着积极的作用。针对高水平运动队教练员管理、运动员管理、学训矛盾等问题提出建议。
Overviewing the educational courses of atheletes,the paper suggests the core component of atheletes team and analyses the the main problem and reasons of management in the athletes in our national university.It is an important part in campus cuoture and plays an active role in the implementation of quality education.It gives advice on the coach,players and training conflicts.
