摘要
以多羟基增强硅烷偶联剂对纳米TiO2进行改性,得到分散性较好的纳米TiO2整理液。研究了该整理液对棉织物的抗紫外效果,获其优化工艺为:纳米TiO24 g/L,浸渍50 min,整理液pH值8,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间3 min。整理后的棉织物具有较强且持久的紫外屏蔽效果,UPF指数为60.12,耐洗50次以上。
The modification of nano TiO2 was carried out using silane coupling agent strengthened by multi-hydroxy compound. So the modified nano-TiO2 finishing agent with well dispersibility was obtained, and its effect on anti-UV properties of cotton fabric was researched. The optimum finishing process condition was: nano-TiO2 4 g/L , dipping 50 minutes, pH value 8, baking at 150℃; for 3 minutes. The finished cotton fabric showed substantial UV shielding property, UPF 60.12, and good washing fastness after 50 launderings.
