摘要
采用聚氨酯改性纳米TiO2对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理,研究了整理织物的SEM、抗紫外线性能、拉伸性能、折皱回复角和透气性。整理织物用活性染料进行染色,以考察纳米颗粒与纤维结合的稳定性。结果表明,纳米TiO2与纤维以共价键结合稳定性较好,纳米颗粒不易流失。整理后织物的抗紫外线性能和折皱回复角增加,但拉伸性能和透气性降低。
Ultraviolet resistant finish of cotton with nano-TiO2 modified by polyurethane was carried out.The surface morphology,wrinkle recovery angle and ultraviolet resistance,breaking strength and permeability were studied.The binding stability between nanoparticles and fiber was investigated.The results indicated that the covalent bond between nano-TiO2 particles and cotton fiber was stable.The ultraviolet resistant property and wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton were improved,while breaking strength and permeability were decreased.
