摘要
从农业立体污染的角度明确了农业污染的内涵;从污染水体,污染土壤,影响农产品质量,增加温室气体的排放,危害人体健康和制约农业可持续发展6个方面阐述了农业污染造成的危害;详细分析了引起农业污染的表层原因(化肥污染、农药污染、畜禽粪便污染,废弃物污染和农膜污染)和深层原因(粮食安全压力和城乡二元结构),并据此提出了法律、政策、技术等控制对策。
This paper aimed to elaborate the connotation of agricultural pollution from a three-dimensional perspective and expound the harm of agricultural pollution from 6 aspects i. e. water pollution, soil pollution, degradation of agricultural products, greenhouse gases increase, effect of pollution on human health and its restriction on sustainable development of agriculture. Proximate causes of agricultural pollution including chemical fertilizer pollution, pesticide pollution, animal manure pollution, waste pollution and agricuhural membrane pollution as well as ultimate reasons including food security pressure and urban-rural dual structure were analyzed in detail in this article. Based on the above analysis, this essay put forward the control countermeasures in legislation, policies and technologies.
