摘要
农业面源污染控制最佳管理措施(BMPs全称Best Management Practices)是欧美发达国家几十年来在农业面源污染控制上的经验及技术总结,是控制农业非点源污染的一种有效措施,欧美国家已广泛采用并在工程措施和管理措施等方面都积累了宝贵的经验。通过对发达国家在面源污染控制领域有关理论、技术及实践经验的总结、分析,综述了国内外最佳管理措施的研究进展,系统构建了农业面源污染控制BMPs框架体系,并对农业面源污染控制BMPs的实施提出了相关建议。
BMPs（Best Management Practices） for agricultural non-point sources pollution control is the technology and experience summary of agricultural non-point sources pollution control for several dozens of years in American and European countries.It is an effective measure for agricultural non-point sources pollution control and is widely used in above mentioned countries,and the valuable experiences in engineering measures and management measures are accumulated.Through analyzing the theory,technology and practical experience of developed countries in the field of agricultural non-point source pollution control,we review the work for the research on BMPs for agricultural non-point sources pollution control at home and abroad,construct BMPs system and put forward correlative suggestions for implement of BMPs system for agricultural non-point sources pollution control.
