摘要
以外军某小型航母编队为例,分析影响航母编队作战效能的主要因素,建立航母编队作战效能评估的指标体系,给出航母编队作战效能的评估模型。然后,运用AHP方法给指标体系的各因素分配权重,应用专家打分法确定单因素模糊评判矩阵。最后,运用模型对航母编队作战效能进行简要评估。
Taking foreign small aircraft carrier formation as an example, by analyzing the major factors of aircraft carrier formation＇s operational effectiveness, we establish the index system and evaluation model to assess aircraft carrier formation＇s operational effectiveness. The AHP method is used to determine each factor＇s weight distribution of the index system; expert evaluation method is used to determine the single factor fuzzy judgment matrix. Finally, we simply evaluate the aircraft carrier formation＇s operational effectiveness by using the model.
