摘要
高学历青年人才是地市级农业科研院所的希望所在,文章初步分析了地市级农业科研院所中高学历青年人才的主要特点和发展状况,指出了制约地市级农业科研院所高学历青年人才发展的主要因素,提出了构筑科研平台、提供创新舞台,优化培养方式、提升实践技能,打造创新团队、激发创新潜能,树立以人为本、科学管理考核等对策。
Highly educated young talents are the hope of municipal agricultural scientific research institutions.Main characters and current status of highly educated young talents in municipal agricultural scientific research institutions were preliminarily analyzed in the paper.Main factors limited the development of these talents were pointed out.Countermeasures were put forward,such as build scientific research platform,provide innovation stage,optimize training mode,improve practical skills,construct innovation team,stimulate innovation potential,set up the people-oriented scientific management assessment,etc.
