摘要
重轨热处理温度及气冷温度对重轨淬火质量有直接的影响。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了重轨温度分布模型,并对其淬火过程中的温度场进行了模拟计算,分析了重轨淬火过程中重轨内部温度变化情况。研究结果表明,温度的模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,为下一步研究重轨应力场奠定了基础,对重轨淬火工艺和生产工艺具有重要指导意义。
Temperature of heat treatment of heavy rail and air cooling temperature have direct effect on the improvement of the heavy rail quenching quality. In this paper, the temperature distribution model of heavy rail is established, and the temperature field during the quenching process is simulated by the FEM soft- ware. The temperature variation of heavy rail is analysed during the heavy rail quenching process. The tested result is in agreement with the measured temperature quite well, which lays a good foundation for next studying the stress field of heavy rail and has great significonce for the production and the quenching process, of heavy rail.
