摘要
为分析火车车轮淬火过程中车轮内部温度变化情况,利用MSC/MARC商用有限元软件结合用户子程序开发对车轮淬火过程中的温度场进行了模拟计算。温度的模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。研究结果对车轮淬火工艺的制订和车轮的生产工艺的制定具有指导意义和应用价值。
In order to analyze the temperature variation of wheel during the railway wheel quenching process, temperature field during the quenching process was simulated using the FE commercial software MSC/MARC with the programmed user subroutine. The calculated result is in agreement with the measured temperature quite well. This is significantly valuable for the railway wheel production and can be used to guide the quenching process design.
