摘要
研究目的:分析西安市大兴新区旧城改造土地集约利用的潜力,提出政策建议。研究方法:集约度模型和总分值—极限修正模型的综合模型。研究结果:大兴新区土地集约利用潜力指数为0.852,土地集约利用合理度只有14.8%,土地粗放利用现象严重。研究结论:大兴新区应通过土地利用规划修编,引导土地利用结构调整和产业布局调整。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the intensive land use potential in old city renovation area of Daxing new district in Xi'an city and put forward corresponding policy suggestions. Methods of comprehensive model of intension degree and value-limit correction model were employed. The results show that the intensive land use potential index in Daxing new district is 0.852, and the reasonability degree of the intensive land use is only 14.8% with seriousy extensive land use, however. It is concluded that Daxing new district shall direct the land use structure adjustment and the industrial layout adjustment through the revision of land use planning.
