关于过敏性肺炎的病理诊断 被引量：7

摘要 过敏性肺炎（hypersensitivity pneumonitis），也称为外源性过敏性肺泡炎，是由于吸入有机性或小分子无机抗原引起的免疫反应性肺损伤，属于一种弥漫性实质性肺疾病。虽然部分弥漫性实质性肺疾病，特别是特发性肺纤维化（IPF）的治疗效果和预后均较差，但过敏性肺炎一旦做出诊断后，患者经脱离过敏原和激素治疗，可收到较好的效果。因此，
