摘要
农村问题是中国一切问题的总根源,而土地问题又是农村问题的关键所在。本文以中国农村土地产权制度的历史变迁为主线,深入分析了深藏在农村土地产权制度变迁背后的动因、农民对土地产权制度供给的真实需求、不同的土地产权制度安排所产生的不同效率,以及土地产权制度与近现代化、城市化等问题,并得出赋予农民更多土地财产权利的结论。
The issue of farmers is the root cause of all problems in China and the issue of land is the key to the problems in the rural areas. With the historical evolution of rural land property right system in China as the main thread, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the motive force behind the evolution of rural land property right system, the real demand of the farmers for the supply of land property right system, different efficiencies of differ- ent land property right system arrangements and the relationship between land property right system and moderni- zation and urbanization; then the paper comes to the conclusion that the farmers should have more land property rights.
