摘要
给出了准柔性生产线的概念,介绍了一种基于运动控制卡和工业PC机、运行在Windows平台下的准柔性生产线通用数控系统。该数控系统以"工业PC机+运动控制卡"的上下位机形式构筑硬件平台;软件以Visual C++为编译环境,采用面向对象和模块化编程技术,通过多线程技术来实现功能模块之间的协调和调度。
The conception and characteristics of pseudo flexible production line is given. Then,the researchon a kind of the general NC system of pseudo flexile production line running on Windows platform based on motion controlling board and industrial PC is introduced in details. The hardware platform is builded by tbe form of upper and lower computer and the software is modularized by the programming technology with facing object in the compiling environment of Visual C＋＋. The coordination of its function modules is implemented by multithreading technology.
