摘要
Cu-Cr-Zr系合金是目前高强高导电铜合金研究的热点,其优异的性能与其纳米析出相密切相关。综述了不同合金体系纳米析出相的晶体结构,总结了合金中各合金元素的作用机理和微量稀土元素的作用,指出了当前研究中存在的问题,并展望了其今后的发展。
Cu-Cr-Zr based alloy is a research focus of the high strength and high conductivity copper alloys. In this paper the crystal structure, the mechanism of alloying elements and quantity of nanosized precipitation phases are summarized. Promoting the alloy property by adding the rare-earth is also presented. The present problems are put forward and the trends of development are also forecasted.
