摘要
主要对引线框架用Cu-Cr-Zr合金的加工与性能进行了研究,通过对固溶态、时效态合金性能的研究分析,发现在合理的固溶时效与形变热处理工艺条件下,可获得抗拉强度为540.4MPa,电导率为84%IACS的高性能Cu-Cr-Zr合金带材。
The Cu-Cr-Zr alloy's working and characteristics were studied. The alloy's characteristics at aging state were analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy strip is about 540.4MPa, the electric conductivity is about 84%IACS at suitable solution anti aging technique and deformation treatment conditions
