摘要
随着信息技术的发展,信息分化问题得到学术各界的关注。文章回顾了国外学术界对信息分化问题的研究,分别从表现形式、原因、影响以及图书馆及图书馆员在信息社会中的角色等方面进行了阐述,学者们的研究内容不仅仅局限于经济、技术方面,更多的是将关注点放在社会、文化等方面。
With the development of information society, information inequality problems are becoming more and more serious. This paper reviews related overseas researches on information from forms, reasons, influence and the role of library/librarian in information divide. It shows that these researches pay more attention to the aspects of society and culture than economy and technology.
