摘要
提出在风力发电机组齿轮箱润滑系统中,应用MCS-51单片机及其控制电路,结合复合PID算法、GSM-Modem通信技术,控制风扇或加热器进行冷却或加热以实现对润滑油温度的精确控制的方法。实验结果表明,该系统具有过渡时间短、超调量小(2℃)和稳定误差小(0.4℃)等特点。
As the performance of gear oil is influenced by temperature, the method perature supervision and control is developed here. Fan or heater is controlled to cool or heat up the lubrication oil in the windmill gear-box with MCS-51 and its control circuit, combined with hybrid PID algorithm and GSM-Modem communication technology. The experiment shows that the temperature is precisionly controlled, the systerm has the features of short settling time, small overshooting(2℃) and only a little steady state error (0.4℃C).
