摘要
本文所设计的控制器采用AT89C51单片机作为控制核心,将PID算法和PWM脉宽调制技术相结合,通过光耦控制晶闸管导通角的大小实现热水器的恒温控制。该系统能根据设定的温度,实现温度的自动采集和控制,解决了传统的电热水器用冷热水闸门调节温度出现的温度不易调节的缺点。
The paper designes the controller which takes the AT89C51 scan as the control core,combine the PZP arithmetic and PWM impulse width modulate,and realize the constant temperature control of water heater through the photoelectric coupling to control magnitude of the thyristor conduction angle.The system can achieve the temperature of automatic collection and control according to the enactment temperature.It resolves that the traditional water heater using the cold-hot water gate to control the temperature bring the problem of temperature no-easy adjust.
