摘要
根据汽车保险杠的结构特点,设计了注塑模的浇注系统,并根据流变学公式初步计算出注塑模热流道系统的尺寸,设计了浇口数量与位置不同的五种方案,运用CAE分析软件Moldflow模拟了各方案阀式控制的填充过程,得到了最佳浇口数量与位置,并对最佳浇口方案的流道尺寸进行了优化。
According to the structural features of automobile bumper, the hot runner and its section sizes of the injection mold of automobile bumper are desinged and calculated by using rheology formula. Five schemes with different casting gate number and location are given. The filling processes of valve-type control are simulated by CAE Technology. The best casting gate number and location are obtained,and the sizes of runner section are optimized.
