摘要
通过对注塑成型分子取向形成机理的研究,基于CAE软件分析了阀式浇注成型过程中的分子取向,并进行实例模拟分析,获得了较好效果,为改善注塑工艺条件和提高注塑产品质量提供了理论依据。
In this research, the study of fiber orientation is analyzed in filling. The fiber orientation in vale injection was analyzed based on CAE. Furthermore, the simulation of filling process was researched and attained good effect. It can be regarded as base for optimize-control of filling process and improving the quality of products.
