摘要
The gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a) has been widely used in down regulation of long protocols in in vitro fertilization(IVF).However,there were many problems including lasting time,dosage,down regulation standard,gonadotropin(Gn) initial time,etc.in GnRH-a long protocols.In our center of reproductive medicine,Gn administration is started on 14th day after GnRH-a application.
