摘要
It is important to formulate ovarian stimulate protocol based on the ovarian reserve condition in ART.We focus on several indexes used in ovarian response evaluation,such as age,basal FSH,basal ovarian volume,AFC,basal E2,GnRH-a stimulate test and clomiphene citrate challenge,and have a synthetic discussion about its practical use in the controlled ovarian stimulation.
