血浆溶血磷脂酸水平测定在缺血性脑血管病防治中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)水平变化。方法对361例急性缺血性脑血管病(包括短暂性脑缺血发作及脑梗死)患者及236例体检者进行血浆溶血磷脂酸水平测定并对体检有LPA增高者进行随访3~6月。结果短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)及脑梗死者入院时LPA水平均明显高于健康对照者(2.04±0.7)μmol/L(正常值<2.9μmol/L)分别为(4.12±0.65)μmol/L、(3.74±0.56)μmol/L(P<0.05),经抗血小板治疗后LPA分别平均下降至(2.06±0.91)μmol/L及(2.45±0.62)μmol/L;体检者中有LPA增高者共49例(3.54±0.36)μmol/L,随访3~6月共有3例发生脑梗死,8例发生短暂性脑缺血发作。结论 LPA可以作为脑缺血性疾病发作的预警信号,为诊断治疗及判断预后提供帮助。
