摘要
中小学骨干教师培训是省级中小学教师培训的重点,是推行基础教育课程改革、实施素质教育的关键环节。通过探索骨干教师培训中的有效模式,提高骨干教师培训的实效性、针对性。促进教师的专业发展。
The training for the key primary and high school teachers is provincial level of training for the sake of the curricular reforms and quality education. This paper is aimed to explore an effective training mode for the key primary and high school teachers for the validity and efficiency of the training.
