摘要
目的:研制一种在放疗中完成病灶中心自动实时跟踪定位的系统。方法:把高精度红外跟踪定位相机坐标系与治疗机坐标系校准一致,在放疗用体(面)膜上固定一种可由CT成像识别并可被红外相机实时捕获位置的标记小球,由软件系统实时对比CT重建图像中的标记球位置与治疗中的标记球实际位置,经空间配准,实时显示位置偏差,完成对病灶中心的实时定位和跟踪。结果:高精度红外跟踪定位相机与图像数据处理软件系统结合,可实现放疗定位的实时化、自动化。结论:该系统相比于传统人工定位方法,自动化程度高,精度更高,反应速度更快。
Objective To develop a system achieving automated real-time tracking and localizing of tumor center in radiotherapy. Methods High-accuracy infrared tracking cameras' coordinate system was calibrated with the treatment machine. A kind of passive marker was introduced, which can be imaged by computed tomography and can be localized by the infrared cameras during radiotherapy. Several markers on the surface of the therrnal-shaped film were fixed, and then the real-time co-ordinates of the markers was compared with those obtained from the computed tomography. With subsequent space registration, the position biases could be shown finally, which could help achieving the real-time tracking and localizing of the tumor center, Results With infrared tracking cameras and appropriate software, the system can achieve automated and real-time localization in radiotherapy. Conclusion The system is more automated, accurate and speedy than the traditional localization method.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(11 ) :5-7]
