摘要
研究蓝莓花色苷(anthocyanins from blueberry fruits,ABBF)对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响。将SD大鼠分成正常对照组,高脂组,低、中、高剂量蓝莓花色苷组,测定其血脂水平及血清和肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和MDA含量。结果表明:摄入蓝莓花色苷后高脂血症大鼠血脂水平和动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)均较高脂组显著降低,而血清和肝脏T-AOC、SOD和GSH-Px活性明显增强,MDA的生成量显著减少。
The effects of blueberry anthocyanins on the level of serum lipids and antloxldatlve ability in hyperlipidemic rats were studied. The SD rats were divided into 5 groups, including normal group, model groups, low-, medium-and high-doses blueberry anthocyanins groups. The levels of serum lipids, T--AOC, the content of MDA and activity of SOD,GSH-Px in serum and liver were measured. The results showed that the levels of serum lipids and atherosclerosis index in hyperlipidemic rats fed with blueberry anthocyaninon were significantly lower than those of the model group. The Capability of T-AOC and activities of SOD, GSH-Px were also increased while the contents of MDA in serum and liver were decreased.
