摘要
目的研究氯氰菊酯(CP)在对雌性大鼠血清性激素的影响。方法选择50只初断乳的健康SD雌性大鼠,按体重随机分为阴性对照组(花生油)、CP低(20 mg/kg)、中(40mg/kg)、高剂量染毒组(80mg/kg)和阳性对照组[雌二醇(E_2):100μg/kg],每组10只。采用灌胃染毒方式,灌胃量为5 ml/kg,每天1次,连续染毒28 d。结果与阴性对照组比较,CP各剂量组大鼠血清中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)含量均较低,E_2含量均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着染毒剂量的升高,FSH、LH、P含量呈下降趋势,E_2含量呈上升趋势,均具有剂量-反应关系。结论CP具有干扰雌性大鼠血清性激素的作用。
Objective To studay the adverse effect of eypermethrine (CP) on sex hormones level in the serum in female rats. Methods Fifty female SD rats (90-110 g) were randomly divided into 5 groups,negative control (earthnut oil), 3 CP treatment groups (20, 40 and 80 mg/kg body) and positive control (E2:100 ug/kg body ). A 28-day oral test was performed according to the procedure recommended by OECD. Results Compared with the negative group, the level of FSH, LH and P in the serum of rats significantly decreased with the increase of cypermethrine dose (P〈0.05) and there was a significant dose-effect relationship (P〈 0.05). The level of E2 increased significantly with the increase of cypermethrine dose (P〈0.05) and with a dose-effect relationship. Conclusion Cypermethrine may disturb the level of sex hormones in the serum in female rats.
