壳聚糖包裹粉煤灰颗粒处理印染废水试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 以经过高温活化的粉煤灰与壳聚糖为原料,制备出不同质量配比的壳聚糖包裹粉煤灰颗粒(CWF),用于实际印染废水处理的试验研究。通过单因素与正交试验,研究了CWF用量、pH值、搅拌时间、温度等因素对脱色率、COD去除率、浊度和氨氮去除率等指标的影响。结果表明,CWF处理实际印染废水的最佳条件为:CWF-A浓度4 g/L,搅拌时间20 min,废水温度35℃,pH=4,沉降时间5 h,此时,COD去除率可达82%,脱色率及浊度去除率为97%,氨氮去除率为75%。CWF处理印染废水具有很好的应用前景。 Different chitc,san wrapping fly-ash particles (CWFs) were prepared by using high-temperature activated fly-ash and chitosan. The actual printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by CWF. Effects of CWF concentration, pH, stirring time, and temperature on decolorization, COD removal, and turbidity and NH3-N removal were investigated. According to single-factor study and orthogonal test, research results show that the most suitable conditions are as follows: dosage of CWF-A 4 g/L, mixing time 20 min, temperature 35 ℃, pH 4, and 5 h settlement. On the optimal condition, COD removal is 80%, decolorization and turbidity up to 97 % and NH3-N removal 75 %.
