摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用切开复位、LPHP内固定治疗31例肱骨近端Neer二、三、四部分骨折患者,术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果31例骨折全部愈合,愈合时间3～6(3.5±1)个月。术后随访6～18(10±3)个月,无骨折不愈合、钢板松动、感染等并发症,1例四部分骨折出现肱骨头缺血坏死。按Neer评分标准评分:优20例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率87.1%。结论LPHP内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折,固定牢固,允许早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate fixation in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture. Methods 31 cases, including Neer two,three, four-part proximal humerus fractures were treated by the open reduction and locking plate fixation, early function exercise after surgery. Results All 31 cases were healed, and the average healing time was 3 -6（3.5 ± 1 ） months. All cases were followed up for6 -18（ 10 ±3） months. No nonunion, plate loosening, or infection was found. According to Neer scoring system, the results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 3,and poor in 1. The excellent and good rate was 87. 1%. Conclusions The treatment of the proximal humerus fractures by locking plate fixation can provide reliable fixation and allow early exercise.
