摘要
运用问卷调查法、实验法等对元认知在女子篮球教学中的应用进行了系统的研究.结果表明,元认知能力水平的高低与篮球成绩在实验第二阶段尤为明显;元认知能力有意训练会得到提高,采用元认知策略方法学习一段时间后也能提高个体的元认知水平.因此,在教学中应引用元认知策略认知方法.
Using the questionnaire survey and the testing method etc. ,a meta-cognition in the application of the women's basketball teaching is researched. The results indicate that the meta-cognitive ability and the basketball score are testing in which the second stage to be especially obvious. The meta-cognitive ability which training on purpose can have the enhancement, the level of the recta-cognitive of individual can be enhanced after using the meta-cognitive strategy studies for a period of time. Therefore, universities should quote the meta-cognitive strategy method in teaching.
