帕金森氏病抑郁与综合评分量表研究 被引量：14

摘要 目的探讨帕金森氏病(PD)抑郁与帕金森氏病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分之间的相关性。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与UPDRS评分相结合对30例早中期帕金森氏病患者进行评定。结果按HAMD量表及评定标准,PD患者中合并抑郁20例,占66.7%。其中以强直/运动迟缓为主占60.0%(12/20);以震颤为主占40.0%(8/20),行HAMD分值与H-Y分期、运动功能评分相关性分析示:HAMD评分与H-Y分期、运动功能评分呈正相关。结论PD抑郁患者多以强直/运动迟缓为主;随着病情的进展,抑郁会变得越来越重,运动功能障碍尤为明显。
