摘要
探讨了矿用高强度圆环链在拉伸时链环的几何形状对应力分布的影响,讨论了矿用高强度圆环链链环尺寸和几何形状与链条力学性能的关系。结果表明,在其它条件相同的情况下,链环的内宽大、顶部圆弧半径大将使链条在试验负荷下的伸长率和破断时的总伸长率增加,疲劳寿命降低。矿用高强度圆环链链环尺寸和几何形状的改变将对其力学性能产生显著影响。
Effect of geometric shape of chain link on the stress distribution of high-tensile round link chain for mining in tension was discussed. Influence of the dimensions and geometric shape of chain link on its mechanical properties was investigated. The results show that keeping the other conditions in the same, the chain links with larger inside width and crown radii will result in larger elongation under test force and greater total elongation at fracture, also their fatigue life will be lower. A change in the geometric shape and dimensions of the link will lead to a significant effect on the mechanical properties of high-tensile round link chains.
