摘要
研究了 2 5MnV钢矿用高强度圆环链在中频感应淬火加热时链环的温度分布、淬火后链环顶部的金相组织以及不同淬火温度下链环晶粒度的变化规律。结果表明 ,2 5MnV钢矿用高强度圆环链在中频感应淬火加热时 ,链环直臂温度比顶部温度低。链环顶部加热温度达到 970~ 993℃时 (直臂温度为 895~ 917℃ ) ,淬火组织为板条马氏体 ,晶粒度为 10~ 10 5级 ,圆环链有最佳强韧性配合。当顶部加热温度达 10 17℃时 ,淬火组织及晶粒度明显粗化 。
When the high-tensile round link chain for mining made of 25MnV steel was heated by medium frequency induction means for hardening,the temperature distribution on chain link,the hardened structure at the top of chain link and the change rule and the grain size of chain link hardened at different temperature were studied in this paper.The results show that when the round link chain is heated by medium frequency induction means for hardening,the temperature at the side is lower than that at the top of chain link.When the temperature at the top of chain link gets 970~993℃ while the temperature at the side gets 895~917℃,the hardened structure of chain link top is lath martensite and the grain size is of grade 10 to 10.5,the round link chain can get optimum matching of strength and toughness.When the temperature of the chain link top reach 1017℃,the hardened structure and the grain size of the chain link top are coarsened obviously and the mechanical properties become worse.
