摘要
在新的历史时期,我国已成为高等教育大国。在此背景下,我国政府又提出了建设高等教育强国的战略目标。本文归纳了建设高等教育强国的内涵、本质以及战略意义,指出建设高等教育强国是我国政府富有远见的战略选择。
During the new historical period, we have realized the transformation from a country with large population to a country with higher education. Based on this background, our government puts forward the strategic target to be a much powerful through higher education. Thus, it is a far-sighted strategic choice for our government to point out the details on how to understand the connotation, essence and strategic significance of being a stronger country through higher education strategy.
