资源依赖理论视角下校企合作关系的分析 被引量：32

摘要 在国内外校企合作人才培养模式的探索和实践中，不同的合作模式反映了学校与企业之间不同的关系，校企之间的合作动因、关系形成、运行发展、参与程度及质量的评估等相关影响因素，决定了合作模式的多样性和适应性。本文在对经典的组织间关系的理论进行梳理的基础上，尝试从资源依赖理论的视角．解释学校与企业的资源交换、相互依赖、权力影响的合作关系，对不同模式以及同一模式不同时期的合作关系进行了探讨和分析。
