摘要
举重运动员赛前训练是备战中最重要的环节之一,举重运动员只有在比赛前通过各方面的调整,在临赛前达到最佳的竞技状态,才能在比赛时最大限度地调动全身各部分力量,发挥应有的技术水平。研究通过对张湘祥成功参加2001年广州九运会与2000年悉尼奥运会的赛前训练负荷特征研究,揭示张湘祥赛前训练的周期节奏、训练水平变化、负荷及其调控等特征,为其本人及中国男子举重队成功参加2008年奥运会提供理论与实践依据。
Pre-games training is the most important part of weightlifting athletes. To make full use of strength from all parts of the body in competition and perform the best, adjustment of all aspects should be prepared before competition in the best situation. By the study on Zhang Xiangxiang' s pre-garnes training loads for 2001 National Games and 2000 Olympic Games, his cycle and rhythm, change of training level, load and adjustment are explored. It provides theoretical and practice evidence for Zhang and Chinese Men' s Weightlifting Team preparing for the 2008 Olympics.
