摘要
药品抽验是药品质量管理的重要环节和有力措施。我国开展药品抽验工作已有50多年的历史,积累了大量的经验,但也存在一定的缺憾。笔者对国家药品抽验机制改革提出初步设想,使药品抽验发挥发现药品质量问题、反映药品质量管理和监督管理成效,进而促进和引导整个医药行业健康快速发展、以达到保证药品质量、保障人民用药安全的作用。
Random drug testing is one of the most important steps and most efficient methods in drug quality control management.The government has conducted random drug testing for more than fifty years.Although significant experience has been obtained and accumulated,some defects in the system still exist.The authors present their preliminary design for the reform in national mechanism.
