摘要
"三自主"教学是学生在上课时间、教师、教学内容三个方面自主选择的一种新的教学模式。它打破了传统的教学方法,体现了"以人为本"的理念和高校体育教学改革的精神。本文运用文献资料研究、逻辑分析和教育实验总结等方法,对高校体育"三自主"教学模式的理论背景、实施现状、存在问题及对策建议等进行了探讨,旨在为高校体育开展"三自主"教学提供借鉴。
"Triple independent " teaching is a new teaching mode which a student chooses freely his class session, his teacher and his teaching contents under guidance. It breaks the traditional teaching methods, demonstrates the conception of people oriented and the reform spirits of college physical education teaching. With the aid of literature studies, logic analyses and education experimental summaries, the paper inquires into the theoretical background, present situation, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of "triple independent " college physical education teaching mode, aiming at providing references for college physical education to carry out "triple independent " teaching.
