摘要
中国由改革开放前的区域之间的均衡发展走向非均衡发展,然后再走向非均衡协调发展,其中,自始至终都包含有区域之间的协作或合作问题。基于此,我们考察了近30年中国区域协作规划的历史,然后对未来走势进行了分析,即主体功能区规划将主导区域板块的划分和协作的层次;强化城市群之间的联合或合作必将成为协作的焦点;促进三纵四横轴线上的区域协作或合作,不仅有利于区域经济的协调发展,而且有利于生态环境的建设。
The development of the area of China turned from the balanced development before the reform and open policy to unbalanced development and then to the uneven - unisonous development, which contains a collaboration or cooperation between the regions from beginning to end. Based on this, we have inspected the recent 30 years history of Chinese regional cooperation plan, and analyzed its movements in future. That is the major functional areas plan will guide the regional sections division and the collaboration level, strengthening union of cooperation between urban agglom- eration will certainly become the focal point. To prompt collaboration or cooperation on three vertical and four horizontal line of regional is conducive not only to the coordinated development of regional economic, but also benefits to the construction of ecological environment.
