摘要
为了改善纺织车间内高温干燥的环境,提出了一种利用蒸发冷却技术,对环境进行加湿降温的机组。该机组由填料段和高压喷雾段组合而成。围绕效率、阻力和风量,从结构、配置因素上设计正交试验,对该机组进行性能测试,得出了最佳的配置方案。并从理论上分析得知,该配置方案为最佳方案,与实际测试结果相吻合。
In order to improve the hot and dry environment of textile workshop, an excellent humidification and cooling unit using evaporative cooling technology was proposed in this article. This unit was composed by padding section and high-pressure spray section. According to efficiency, resistance, flow rate, orthogonal experiment was designed. The performance of the unit was tested and the best scheme was obtained. In addition, the best scheme from theoretical analysis was consistent with the best scheme from test.
