摘要
为降低空调系统的能耗,研究了纺织企业空调系统中的人工冷源和车间空调室的整体控制,以纺织车间的总冷量需求为主要控制依据,采用变频控制技术和基于动态能量匹配规则的自学习控制算法对冷冻水系统、冷却水系统、空调室送风系统作为一个整体进行控制,在满足生产工艺要求的前提下,进一步降低了空调系统的能耗。
To reduce energy consumption of air conditioning system, integral control of manual cold resource and workshop climatized room of air conditioning system in textile enterprises was researched, total cold capacity of textile workshop was considered as main control condition, bulk control of refrigeration water system, cooling water and air con- ditioning blast system was done through adopting frequency control technology and control calculation based on dynamic energy matching rule. These measures can not only satisfy processing demands, but also reduce energy consumption of air conditioning system.
