摘要
水资源论证中的决策属于典型的半结构化决策问题,工作人员需要考虑各方面复杂的因素,为此有必要研究开发决策支持系统。探讨了基于J2EE的水资源论证决策支持系统的开发,分析了系统框架与设计思想。系统由数据库、模型库、知识库、人机交互部分组成,核心包括径流调节计算、频率分析、区域水平衡、水质评价、取水合理性分析5个模型,结合其它部分用户可与系统交互,通过逐步迭代直到获取满意的决策信息。
Decision in water resources argumentation belongs to half- struetual matter, personnel need to consider all complex factors of being correlated, so it is necessary to do research in development of decision support system. Describes the development of water resources argumentation decision support system based on J2EE, analyses the frame of the system and design. This system consists of data- base, model - base, knowledge - base and human- computer interaction, the core part includes 5 models as runoff regulation computation, frequency analysis, water balance of district, water quality evaluation and rationality analysis of fetching water, combine with other part, user can interact with this system, obtain satisfactory decision info via stepwise iterative.
