摘要
本文通过对某城市公安110指挥调度系统建设的实际项目,进行抽象、概括、总结,阐述了政府值班系统建设的必要性和设计思想,分析了系统应具备的功能,从总体设计出发,对系统进行了模块划分和功能设计,并结合系统的构成介绍了系统中采用的关键技术。
On the basis of abstract, generalization and summarization of a specific 110 command and control system, this paper expatiates the necessity and principle of government turn on duty system. Then the needed functions are analyzed. Moreover, from general design, the system modules and detail function design are performed. Finally, some key technologies are introduced.
