摘要
为揭示转子系统复杂的非线性动力学特性,建立基于滚动轴承接触非线性和间隙非线性的转子系统动力学微分方程。采用数值方法得到转子系统在不同转速和径向游隙下的相图、庞加莱图、频谱图和分岔图等。研究发现径向游隙和转速是影响转子系统非线动力学性特性的重要因素,随着转速和径向游隙的不同,系统中可能产生分频和阵发性分岔现象。
To reveal nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the rotors system, the dynamic differential equations based on nonlinearity of contact and clearance is established. The system equations are numerically integrated, the results of which contain phase diagram, Poincare diagram, spectrogram and bifurcation diagram. It shows that radial clearance and rotational speed are both important factors for the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the system. With different speed and radial internal clearance, fractional frequency and explosive bifurcation may occur.
