摘要
以尿素和马来酸酐为主要原料,采用新的合成路线和方法制备出无磷缓蚀阻垢剂——聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。由此新工艺合成的PASP,不仅工艺简单、成本低,而且阻垢缓蚀性能均达到或超过传统路线合成的PASP,具有明显的性价比优势,为全面取代含磷的阻垢缓蚀剂提供了有益的尝试。
Poly-aspartic acid (PASP) , a kind of non-phosphorus scale inhibitor was prepared using urea and maleic anhydride as raw material with new synthesis process and method. This new process of preparing PASP was not only simpler but also cheaper than the conventional process, and its scale inhibition performance reached or surpassed that of traditional method of preparing PASP. This process of preparing PASP had obvious superiority of performance-to-price. It provided the beneficial experiment for replacing the conventional phosphoric scale and corrosion inhibitor.
