QT离散度的应用及研究进展 被引量：19

摘要 QT离散度(QTd)系指体表心电图各导联间QT间期的变异。它可能反映心室肌复极的非同步性。目前QTd研究领域已涉及缺血性心脏病、心肌病、瓣膜病、高血压、心力衰竭及各种基因型的长QT综合征等在内的诸多心脏病以及评价抗心律失常药物的疗效和致心律失常作用,非心脏疾病领域的Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型糖尿病,透析患者,结缔组织疾病等。但亦有不少学者对其临床价值及立论基础持否定态度。本篇就QTd的测量,解释和临床重要性作一阐述。
